i ordered all my daughter's birthday pressies from the elc on friday (all the shop stuff) i spent in excess of £55

i have recieved an email this morning saying that unfortunately the shopping trolley is out of stock and so i will not be getting it

aibu to think that instead of suggesting in the email that i reorder when they are back in stock that they offer e free delivery as when i placed my order the trolleys were marked as in stock

also as suggested in the email i have checked the website and it still says the trolleys are in stock so why should i reorder and have to pay two lots of delivery when they were in error

does this make sense and do you think i am being unreasonable for emailing and asking them to reorder it for me for free delivery

sorry it's a bit of a rant

elc do screw up from time to time, ask LGJ ! Have they checked your local branch for stock, would they hold one for you or transfer it so you can collect ?

it was just they way the lady said that i should keep checking the stock online - i thought that is what i had done
