To ask you to recommend a firm pillow for neck/shoulder/top of back pain?

I currently use 2 pillows, a feather one with a firmer one on top. The firmer one was a cheap buy and was great for a while but I feel unsupported now and I'm sick of waking in pain. The feather one on top feels like I sink too much.

I'm a side sleeper and sometimes back sleeper. In agony this morning. I'm considering the Tempur Cloud Pillow? Does anyone have one/can recommend any others?

TIA

I don't have any aches or pains but I love my tempur pillow and mattress. Expensive but worth every penny.

Which pillow do you have? The original with the curve in?

I get neck pain a lot and the only pillow that works for me is the v-shape kind.

I use a flattish normal pillow underneath, then the boomerang shaped pillow on top with my head in the nook of the v. It's worked for me for years - I'd be lost without one!

Any old kind is good, but I replace them when the stuffing gets too flat.

I have a tempur firm pillow (can't afford the bed) and it's honestly the best money I've ever spent. It has to travel with me wherever I go as I cant manage with hotel pillows

I swear by my Dormeo Octaspring. It’s very thick, firm and supportive. It’s the only pillow I need. Worth every penny.

I also swear by Pilates for persistent neck and shoulder pain. Check out Kalm Pilates on YouTube. She has a 15 minute workout for neck and shoulder pain which is marvellous.
