To feel I can't be bothered?

Does, anyone else feel like they can't be bothered. I have no excuse, I'm off work but I just have no energy. I can't be bothered to clean or do the ironing. I don't think it helps that my husband is off too and obviously our children are at home. I do the cooking but only because I want my children to eat otherwise I probably wouldn't bother. My husband does the shopping. I'm 31 weeks pregnant but that's not really an excuse.
I just feel constantly tired but am not sleeping well at night so sleeping in in the morning then napping in the afternoon but still feel tired. I was going out for walks but am too scared now in case I come in to contact with someone infected.Am I being unreasonable to lack motivation so much? How are motivating yourself?

I’m a bit the same. Not scared to go out but can’t be arsed every day. I’m wfh which I do properly but the rest of the time I’m just sitting in, eating too much, watching shit telly. And I feel exhausted.

Well to be fair OP, I felt like that when I was 31 weeks pregnant, without lockdown!

But I feel a bit like this now we're in lockdown. Very 'meh' about everything.
