I don't think he's a bad person, but he's really getting on my nerves recently and I don't know if that's my general tolerance being lower, due to lockdown or if he really has changed.

For example, what was with that interview at the zoo with the This Morning vet a few days ago?! How rude?! Don't get me wrong, initially I was with him - yes, give the rhino the branch, but he wouldn't shut up! Just kept yelling at him, "open my mic!!" completely talking over the other guy, who was actually trying to explain something very important. I think (although it was difficult to hear due to Schofields shrieking!) that it was something to do with the zoo not having enough money to feed the animals, due to Covid and the loss of visitors, so y'know....quite important Oh and then like a little school boy, started talking over them again, repeating "can we see the giraffes?.. can we see the giraffes?" 🤨

Plus I was recently recommended a YouTube video (must have watched an interview or something) of him and Holly interview Andrea McLean a few years ago and he was HORRIBLE to her. Yes, she had been unfaithful and quite publically, but he was so nasty and cold. Said something along the lines of "well that's not exactly very Cinderella like is it?" And looked at her like she was nothing. So maybe it's not so recent then.

He just has this very smug demeanor. When he takes part in a 'doing' item, he goes all pouty and looks so self satisfied.

Is it just me?...

@FiveOutOfFiveGoldblums is right. It was all about to go off than tragically Caroline Flack’s demise took over the tabloids and the whole be kind thing made people back off. Now Corona and he’s well an truly off the hook.....for now.

I don’t watch him because I.cannot.for.one.tenth.of.a.second bear the sound of his screechy, over-excited, insincere voice.
And it’s not because he’s gay or ramping up the camp or whatever. I’ve loved Graham Norton (genuinely quick-witted) and Joe Lycett, Julian Clary for 25 years (maybe not Joe for that long ...I’d be as suspect as Schofield if so . But they’re not fake

Coming out with a comment like “almost everyone does coke” would seem like a prime indicator to change your social circle. I know one person, who last did it 20 years ago (might know more but they at least have the decency to keep it a shady secret)

Normalising sticking something up your nose where the only certainty as to its integrity is that it’s involved the exploitation and probable death of large numbers of people including children, it’s been mixed with crap (probably literally, or at least piss), will have severe health implications, possible criminal implications and invariably makes you behave like a twat would indicate a problem to the majority of people.

I take it you are trying to normalise it,if you are doing coke,good luck,you will need it.

No I’ve never done coke, never used any kind of drug apart from trying pot one time in Amsterdam. I find people who do coke really annoying. (Though most people in TV are casual users and not addicts.)

You really need to read my post in context. I said that Tattle is full of shit so anything they say has to be taken with a pinch of salt, but on the other hand nearly everyone (in TV) does coke so Tattle are probably correct in that one particular assertion.

The problem I’ve got is I don’t watch any of the relevant programmes just see the odd video clip and read the DM’a sidebar of shame when I’m bored.

However, she always claimed across well and it’s obvious she’s been systematically trashed, which must be horrendous to be on the receiving end of.
