Knowing Mumsnet as I do, I am sure my question would get a ton of YABU answers, quickly escalating to YABVVVU! and then I'll doubtless be told to get a grip/get things in perspective, asked if am the thread police/gestapo/stasi, told to scroll past, leave Mumsnet if I don't like it, and very likely given the biscuit a few times.

And yet I still want to ask the question! 😆 Am I a masochist maybe?

ssd · 01/05/2020 13:59

Sheeeeesh · 01/05/2020 13:59

YABU

ChicChicChicChiclana · 01/05/2020 14:04

Sorry it was a bit long. Aibu to ask a question in aibu even though my mind is made up and the forthright posters of the aibu board are not going to change my mind no matter what!

Whatever floats your boat. Though in your shoes I'd probably be asking myself why exactly I was actually arranging from my own kicking..?

nauseaandnipples · 01/05/2020 14:08

What would be the point in your aibu then?

Jupiters · 01/05/2020 14:09

Whatever floats your boat. Though in your shoes I'd probably be asking myself why exactly I was actually arranging from my own kicking
This is exactly what I was thinking.

Forgivenandsetfree · 01/05/2020 14:09

So whats bothering you the most?

Mapril · 01/05/2020 14:10

It would be a bit if a waste of time I would think.

I’ve never posted an AIBU because I haven’t felt the need to seek validation for anything so why would I?

SuperPixie247 · 01/05/2020 14:11

It doesn't hurt to get a different perspective.

leafygarden · 01/05/2020 14:11

leafygarden · 01/05/2020 14:12

ButteryPuffin · 01/05/2020 14:32

Maybeimweird · 01/05/2020 14:41

peperethecat · 01/05/2020 14:52

YABVU to start a thread in AIBU without saying what it is you are BU/NBU about.

tillyteatowel · 01/05/2020 15:06

YABU not to ask the actual bloody question

ViciousJackdaw · 01/05/2020 15:12

Yeah come on extra, tell us something interesting.

cacaca · 01/05/2020 15:48

Hey attention seeker 🙋🏻‍♀️

Redlocks28 · 01/05/2020 15:50

Why do you care what anyone else thinks if your mind is already made up?

Poppi89 · 01/05/2020 16:18

I don't think she has an actual question she is being sarcastic as in that's what other posters do - I think!?

ChicChicChicChiclana · 01/05/2020 20:10

Sorry - that was annoying of me. I do have an actual question. I went for a snooze as I didn't sleep at all last night, and then made dinner.

Will name change and post soon. I decided I was nbu anyway.

Thanks all!

Wave to mango Grin.

YABU and as a PP said very attention seeking.

Post or don’t post. Nobody cares enough to justify attention seeking angsting over whether to post or not.

OmgThereAreNoPlanesAboveMeNow · 01/05/2020 20:49

Someone report. This is TAAT. Imaginary potential AT, but AT nonetheless
