Lots of posts recently about people struggling to get refunds on their holidays, as well as nurseries and childcare settings charging 'very high sums' to retain a child's place.
The Competition & Markets Authority have announced they are going to be looking into how companies are behaving, so might be worth raising a complaint here if anyone is struggling? My understanding is that they won't necessarily be investigating individual issues but it will help them with more generic policy decisions as to how to move forward.
