Can someone help me with the maths of this order. I'm all confused.

I went on funky pigeon.

I was going to buy some bits so added £10 prepay which gives you a free £2.50 credit.

So my account had £12.50

I then ordered £17.86 worth of items.

And it came to £21.74 with postage cost.

I went to pay and it say prepay as an option.

I thought that was using my pre existing £12.50

But it says I've paid £21.74

And now I have £3.26 on my prepay.

I'm confused because at first I had a mug and card in my basket totaling about 15 quid and my total was saying £3odd

Which made sense as I had £12.50 credit.

Then I added 2 more cards, at about £7

So shouldn't mu checkout amount have been about £10??

How was it £21

And how do I have £3 left in my credit??

Check your order confirmation and post a screenshot

WinniePotato · 29/04/2020 17:14

On my account it doesn't say anything about - £12.50 for prepay

Did £21 come out of my bank?
Where has my prepay money gone and why is there £3.24 on my prepay still

Can someone help me with the maths of this order. I'm all confused.

If you ordered more than the credit on your account how did you pay?

WinniePotato · 29/04/2020 17:17

With my card.
But I thought it would just take off the extra after the prepay amount.

It said pay with prepay then came up with the box to put your card details Confused

Maybe P+P isn't covered by the pre pay

slashlover · 29/04/2020 17:44

Did you buy flowers, wedding stationery or gift cards?

slashlover · 29/04/2020 17:52

If it was £21.74, that seems to be made up of the £9.24 spent on the gift card plus an extra £12.50 which is weird.

Can you check your internet banking to see how much came out of your account?

EngagedAgain · 29/04/2020 17:55

Place marking, might try to get my head round it later!

WinniePotato · 29/04/2020 17:58

No.

3 cards and a mug.

I don't know what's came off my bank available balance as I didn't see what was there beforehand and I've had direct debits coming out and allsorts.

Did you buy 2 prepay cards?
That would be £25.00
Then £21.74 "spent" and £3.26 left = £25.00
???

PatriciaHolm · 29/04/2020 18:49

I think onlyjustme has it - either you inadvertently have 2 prepay cards, or for some reason the site thinks you do.
