Fed up with having to shout upstairs to teenager in bedroom !

Try phoning instead?

Let them get in with it.

What do you need the teen to do? Could you pop up? Sometimes mine don’t hear me as they have headphones on a lot.

I just text mine.

Why are you shouting? Surely you don't have to do it often, so go and knock on the door.

Why do you have to keep shouting them? Maybe leave them alone, they tend to appear when they’re hungry or need anything. I just text or use Alexa when needed.

If it's for a meal say it will be on the table at X-time otherwise it will get cold.
