To think Philip Morris are advertising cigarettes illegally?

I keep seeing adverts from Philip Morris saying that time is up for menthol cigarettes and to click to find out more here on Mumsnet and now in my local paper. Why is it ok for them to place these adverts? I don't care if menthol cigarettes are being banned, I think this is a good thing. Should they be allowed to advertise like this or should I complain to the ASA?

I don’t think they’re saying menthol cigs going is a bad thing ergo not advertising? PM appear to be moving towards a “smoke free” market
