Which baby monitor does everyone recommend. Nothing too expensive and would you go for just audio or audio and video?

We have audio and video and much better, just had audio for first children and found myself up and down stairs to check on them. Also my child had a fit when baby and I didn’t know right away as no noise - I would have seen it on camera if we had one.
