Morning all. So- cannot get to the bottom if this but I have an iPhone issue.
Son had new phone today. He's migrated everything across and all good. BUT when he messages my husband , the messages appear as my contact in husband's phone. I've checked the phone numbers/ addresses he can send and receive iMessage from and that's all ok but it shows as my contact not my son when my son texts. Except- and here's the weird bit, it's not my usual contact but a "maybe Polka". I checked in his contacts and he had a Siri contact which had both my Apple ID and my son's against it- how? WTF? He's blocked that now but we can't seem to delete this suggested contact that isn't me! How? Hope someone can make sense of this and help! I was thinking of deleting my details from husband's phone but have read that iPhone doesn't totally delete them. Any ideas ?
