So I decided to be creative and make a more summery light meal out of the mince I'd already defrosted. I decided to make kebab style things, they've turned out looking like lots of poos 😩 at least my husband with his missing teeth will be able to eat them but feel a bit deflated about my dindins 😭

Ah köfte! Next time Alice some aubergines one cm thick and squish the köfte between then put in the oven with chopped up onions. Tomato and pepper. Like this. It's a favourite in our house
