Is bringing out the very worst in Mumsnet. It seem that any posters recently get jumped on by an angry mob as soon as they ask a question and get nothing but nastiness and venom in response to their questions. Not to mention all the members spying on their neighbours. This site has changed so much, not sure I would ask here for genuine advice anymore.

I think the advice boards are fine actually and chat is ok. Just avoid the more contentious boards like AIBU and the coronavirus one.

To be fair to Mumsnet posters, you are right NuffSaidSam. I was referring to AIBU, which I love browsing but it feels so vicious recently. Chat is generally pleasant still and specific topics are usually fine too. I think I’ll try to avoid the Coronavirus topics and threads for a while!
