This Panache one is good depending on what cup size you're after. Different colours are different prices.

If you're looking at running then up to a certain point I think you get what you pay for on sports bras.

Panache and Shock Absorber are both good and can be found online with deals on, especially weekend sale codes.

Sorry if you're already seasoned at running, but if you're relatively new make sure you get a sports bra that's designed specifically for high impact. Lots of more cheap crop top style bras aren't designed to reduce movement for running and other high impact activities.

Another vote for Panache. I am a 34G and do a fair amount of running. I have two Panaches and a Shock Absorber - the Panaches beat the Shock Absorber hands down

DogsandBoysmeanMud · 19/04/2020 22:42

These M&S high impact, underwired for proper boobs are great.
They do others so make sure you get the right ones

Another vote for shock absorber. I'm a 38/40 D and run (badly) and holds me in place. Fabletics have a good range (I got a great one reduced to £14) but you have to join as a VIP then remember to cancel so bit of a faff

BusyProcrastinator · 19/04/2020 23:04

I'm 34-6 F-HH and into running.

I'd recommend:

  • the Panache bra linked above. Had this in GG.
  • Shock Absorber. Have had several of these. They are great.
  • Sweaty Betty high support (not sure exactly which one. I bought one which is great, and another in a sale which is slightly less supportive but still works well). Goes up to F. They're doing a 2 for £75 deal.

None are cheap but you can often find them on sale.

Oldestchild90s · 19/04/2020 23:09

Shock absorber every time. Bought a size 34G bra at the time and it was magical, held them in perfectly even when running! Price may put you off but you can get deals and it's 100% worth every penny!!

iknowimcoming · 19/04/2020 23:20

Shock absorber for me too, go up a back size though as they come up small

Catdogmum · 19/04/2020 23:24

The Panache one linked above is the only bra which keeps me bounce and chafe free (sorry TMI!) when running. Sometimes wear a tight crop top over it for extra scaffolding Blush

Polkadotties · 19/04/2020 23:30

Panache for me. Wear them every day for horse riding

ErrolTheDragon · 19/04/2020 23:42

Shock absorber.

Not sure if they'll still have stock but I got some for myself and for DD reduced from Debenhams last week.

LittleFishSwim · 19/04/2020 23:47

Panache as above, nothing else compares.

Banaltra · 19/04/2020 23:52

Syrokan from amazon. I used wear Shock Absorber until I discovered these. They are now about 20quid so they've increased a little but I'm never going back. Love them. The shoulder straps are also velcro so very comfortable for weights and easily adjustable. I'm a 32ff and wear 34e in it. Love it. I don't budge running or training.

Runningonempty84 · 20/04/2020 00:02

Panache and Freya Active are both great. Would highly recommend.
Shock Absorber Run bras are decent enough, but can chafe after long mileage, and I also don't find them as supportive or comfortable as either the Panache or the underwired version of the Freya.

Don't touch M&S or other high street brands with a bargepole - just not high impact or specialised enough for running.

Everydayishistorytomorrow · 20/04/2020 00:07

M&S do a fab zipped at the front support, High Impact Sports Bra. I use a size smaller than I need and keep a bra underneath. NOTHING MOVES and I'm a D cup. They come in different colours and last a long time. www.marksandspencer.com/extra-high-impact-zip-front-sports-bra-a-g/p/clp60169398?color=NAVYMIX

Everydayishistorytomorrow · 20/04/2020 00:09

This is it..... Also comes in different colours.

I've been through this recently. I tried panache, M and S and Bravissimo. Practically nothing was properly supportive, but in the end I bough this
