AIBU to ask you what I want for my birthday?

Not long to go now and the kids and my husband are badgering me for ideas - but I can't come up with anything! I'm not really into makeup, and have enough clothes, shoes and bags and I don't drink. I like tech things, gadgets, Animal Crossing on my Switch and my Mac. I do a creative job so I like the unusual. Doesn't have to be expensive - it's always the thought that counts with me. I'm mid-40s. What would you buy me?

An Alexa.
Smart lights bulbs to connect to Alexa.
A gadget that can find your keys.

Right now I would get you a kindle if you dont already have one.

A dugong.

If it's the thought that counts, surely they have to prove that they've given it some thought by coming up with their own ideas rather than expecting you to tell them!

It’s my birthday soon.... I’ve asked for an Alexa Echo show 8 and some Elemis skincare that I use.

A jacuzzi
A hammock/swing seat for the garden

Do you drink tea/coffee? Would a fancy gift set from somewhere like Whittard be tempting?

Maybe a gift card so you can buy more games for your switch?

Or something like these?

I think generally bday gifts should be fun stuff you wouldn’t necessarily buy yourself!

There are some great ideas here - thank you for your help. If anyone else has anything else they can think of let me know!

What about a Fortnum and Mason hamper?
