And enjoyed every minute of it.
Usually I’m so bloody “good”. Exercise, hard, 4-5x a week and very controlled with food and genuinely adore good healthy food.
Today - I woke up, slacked off a run and from that point on - I have eaten endless mountainous bowls of granola, cream cheese on crackers, thick yoghurt layered with yet more granola and handfuls of nuts a now chocolate. Oh the chocolate that has been consumed.
And it feels good. So good.
