As a result of social isolation? DS has developed slapped cheek which he must have picked up pre-lockdown. He won’t be able to pass it on to any other kids so wibu to think that some of these annoying viruses might get wiped out altogether?

It's possible though unlikely given some children are still in school and potentially transmitting amongst that reservoir and there will probably be a point when international travel restores any virus from other countries' reservoirs.

Very few people are actually isolated.

Most people are shopping/working/out and about every day.
