You know when you go to a club, or a concert or something, and when you come home your head is buzzing? What is that?
I've been ill (probably with covid) for over 2 weeks now, I'm getting better but still have this buzzing in my head. Driving me mad. If I knew what it was I could do something?

Temporary phase hearing loss

It is a sign that the music has been too loud and this is minor damage to the nerves. If you do it often the nerve damage will be permanent and you will lose some hearing. Thats why ear defenders are a thing for machinery.

Sounds like tinnitus and can come and go. I have it and can come on more when I'm stressed. I went to a tinnitus therapy session and there's no cure, but basically being more aware of it makes it worse as it's something to do with brain signals managing sounds. Basically just need to ignore it and hope it goes away.
