This will probably be considered a very first-world problem in the current climate. I hope not but I would appreciate some advice.
The back of my house backs onto some woodland with a country trail going through it. Unfortunately this quiet spot now seems to be the meeting place for off-road bikers.
They go up and down this trail, with deafening loud engines that can be heard clearly throughout my house, despite windows being closed. The noise is awful.
The problem seems to be getting worse with the weather being nice and people being bored. I can't help but feel a bit annoyed that the people are clearly flouting the whole "stay at home" advice we are supposed to adhering to at the moment.
I'm aware I've probably come across as an old bore but you'd feel the same as me if you had to listen to these horribly loud motorbike engines all day! I'm WFH and the noise is interfering with conference calls etc.
AIBU to report this? I'm hoping I'm not...if I'm not, could someone possibly point me in the right direction (would it be a council/police report)?
Thanks in advance x
