Can't cope anymore.

House behind mine.. Constant loud drilling... Chainsaws you name it.. All bloody day every day. They are getting some sort of giant extension done. It starts at 8am and goes on till 6. Every day. Sometimes it stops for 5 minutes and I have peace again.
Normally I would just go out somewhere.. Escape.. But obviously can't do that. I really feel like it's driving me slowly mad. Is it in the garden for fresh air and it's so so loud. I wish you could all hear what I hear right now..

I send my sympathy. Can you go for a very long walk?

My neighbour’s back yard is about 10 metres away from my work from home set up. They have a dog that barks constantly from about 9am to 5pm. I mean constantly.

I’m going to have to say something, but I think what’s the point? Unless they’re deaf, they can presumably hear their own dog.

We have a flat in our block still doing noisy all day building work, the owners don't even live in it. Started at 8am today. Utterly utterly selfish. Someone put glue in their door lock before lockdown, I wish they would do it again as I doubt they'd get a locksmith out at the moment even if the cowboy builders are still going, and then we'd all have some peace. You have my sympathy OP it's hellish
