Can anyone recommend some good places to order a hamper from?

My sis turns 30 next week and is self isolating. I thought it would be nice to have a hamper delivered to her on her birthday.

If anyone can recommend anywhere decent it would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

You could send her an afternoon tea hamper from this place, I sent my uncle one and he loved it :)

Depends how much you want to spend and what you want to include, recently I've sent gower cottage brownies, evangelists, john lewis, M&S

OxanaVorontsova · 13/04/2020 22:23

that should say Pasta Evangelists, sorry!

Fortnum and Mason are still delivering! They do pre-selected ones or you can decide what you want.

Borough Box are great. I’ve bought several recently. Something for everyone and delivered to all parts of the UK during lockdown.

I second Fortnum and Mason - and the wicker hampers are gorgeous!

Thanks all. Yes I had a look on F&M and they're are some lovely hampers. I quite like the look of The Fortnum Express Hamper of The Grosvenor Hamper.

If you go on Fortnum’s you can make up your own. They’ve come to my rescue on several occasions 👍🏻

Just to add, avoid the fudge. It’s bloody awful

Some of the jams, on the other hand, are delicious - the Old Navy marmalade and the cherry jam. And the biscuits are good too - we had Cherrylossus biscuits at Christmas - and there are toffeelossus and chocolossus biscuits too, I think.

Dh loves the smoky Earl Grey tea.

M&S do nice hampers, I've sent a few to family and friends and they've always been much appreciated.

I sent my Mum a F&M hamper for her 70th whilst she is shielding and she loved it! They offer a service where you pick what you want to put into it and they pack it all up nicely.... I really enjoyed picking out lots of things I knew she would love!

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 14/04/2020 17:07

Dh gave me a hamper from F&M for Christmas last year - I couldn’t think of anything I wanted, but I knew I would enjoy using the hamper to store yarn in, and we’d all enjoy some F&M goodies.

I sent my dad a bunch of stuff from F&M, didn't make it into a hamper(as some items I wanted to include were not allowed in hampers) but he loved it all. Delivery was expensive but worth it to get it on a named day.
