To ask for tech help if your morrisons online grocery calendar is also stuck (regardless of availability)

Posting for traffic and my own sanity. Trying to book slots for groceries and the last week or so the calendar won't move into May. I've tried it on my android and iPhone. The arrow on the calendar currently set to April is not highlighted so I cannot select it to switch to may. Morrisons work three weeks ahead so it should definitely be available now regardless as to whether there are slots and I have it on good authority that others can see May days. I know they did an update this week so how do I gain control again? I've ran system updates on my phone too. Driving me up the wall now (isolation has got me here)

I can only see April too

They stopped working 3 weeks ahead about 10 days ago. Dates appearing each morning now only seem about 7 days ahead, presumably because that’s as far as they can reliably plan.

Ada have switched to only a week ahead so maybe Morrison’s have changed too?

I thought that but someone I know said slots came up for May this week and they booked one for the 1st. Do you think it's because there are none free atm

If you really think that it’s your tech then can you try it on a laptop rather than a phone or tablet? But I can assure you there’s been nothing available for me in May yet. It can vary by area though, obviously, as there are several warehouses nationally delivering to their catchment areas.

Yesterday I saw slots for up to the 3rd of May, I booked a slot for the 27th of april so didn't need the May slot it was definitely there though.

I don't have a laptop atm (long story) the person who has 1st May used a tablet

@Teacup34 is may ordinarily visible now then or just flashed up with the slots and gone again? It's driving me bonkers..

I've got a sneaky suspicion they are now limiting how many 'active' bookings you can have. We might have to wait for one to expire before you can add another. I won't know until my delivery tomorrow disappears off the active list.

I can only view three days in April as well, although randomly a single slot on the 28th showed up a few days ago so I got that. I wonder whether that was a slot someone else cancelled.

I went into the calendar and checked May as I thought if there is one for second week in May I would book that also. I used my tablet and my phone ( phone froze halfway through so switched to tablet).

Also I managed to place two orders for delivery one for this tuesday! Could not believe how lucky I was to get that been trying to get an online shop for weeks.

It's not working properly, it's intermittent issue. DP handed their login to me to try for them as they had the same issue.

Is anyone able to see May slots who also has an April slot booked?

Just to try and rule in or out that theory.

The problem is that it also probably depends on geographical location.

i just got one for the 3rd may - however there were slots showing for this sunday

I've just booked one for 3rd May and now have 3x future orders booked.

@chipsandpeas do you also have any in April booked? Maybe it let you see May if you don't.
