I don't mean with friends and family who you choose to hug/get close to, but among the general public. I'm a big lover of personal space and I'm really enjoying strangers not coming anywhere near me when out for walks, shopping etc at the moment!

YAdefinitelyNBU! I completely agree.

ZigZagIntoTheBlue · 11/04/2020 21:10

I'd like there to still be set queue spaces after this, I love not having people breathing down my neck!

Barbararara · 11/04/2020 22:44

I was never comfortable with hugging people I barely know and sweaty handshakes. I’d be very happy to leave those in the past.

Sparklingbrook · 11/04/2020 22:46

Ooh yes please, count me in. I hate close talkers and huggers, and this 2 metres apart thing is wonderful. And YY to not having to shake hands with people with sweaty palms!

Sparklesocks · 11/04/2020 22:47

I do wonder if it will change people’s attitudes to germs etc and if they keep up the habits.

Thescrewinthetuna · 11/04/2020 22:47

100%. No hand shakes, no air kisses, 2m apart in queues etc. I’m all for that.

CyberNan · 11/04/2020 22:47

I'm all for it as well
to be honest there's a couple of people I don't think I will be seeing again. takes a crisis to find out who your friends are

babasaclover · 11/04/2020 22:59

I absolutely love it, especially as a commuter I'm now at home but I can't imagine going back to that hectic rushed squashed awful existence where people think nothing of treading on your feet leaning across you bumping up against you. I hope this is a change forever
