I’m wondering how many people consider part-time employees to be of less value that full-time. Obviously with the economic situation to come because of CV will part-time and fractional employees be the first to go?
Obviously this will apply far more to working mothers and those with other caring responsibilities and is this fair?
I’ve enabled voting so that YANBU is “part-time workers are as valuable as full-time” YABU “part-time employees are not that valuable and easily replaced.
