Of ALL the things that have been said to him since he took office, I'll bet Pelosi's remark about him being obese has infuriated him the most. Especially the way she did it, with such 'concern' for his health. She may just as well have added "bless his heart".

What's he gonna do? Get his doctor to write a letter saying that he weighs 185? Oh, right. He already did that.

The vile Sebastian Gorka has been taking hydrox for over a month. Let's hope they both have side effects from this.

'How is Donald Trump still alive? Seriously, it defies science. The man reportedly drinks 12 Diet Cokes a day, appears to exist purely on Big Macs and doesn’t do any exercise because he thinks the human body is like a battery and working out depletes it. On top of all this, it turns out the 73-year-old is popping pills with potentially fatal side-effects for reasons that make no medical sense.'

The family that just keeps on giving taking.

(As a side note, I sometimes wonder about Barron Trump, who is now 14 and must be at least a little aware of what the world thinks of his father. Such a difficult time for any young teen.)

Judge allows fraud suit against Trump, family and company to proceed
www.cnn.com/2020/05/19/politics/fraud-suit-trump-family-company/index.html

The lawsuit, originally filed in October 2018 and amended a few months later, alleges that in exchange for "secret" payments, Trump and three of his adult children used his former reality TV show "The Celebrity Apprentice" and other promotional events as vehicles to boost ACN Opportunity, a telecommunications marketing company linked to a nonprofit that used Trump's brand to appeal to teens.

The lawsuit also accuses the Trumps of having profited off the poor and vulnerable, as people looking "to enrich themselves by systematically defrauding economically marginalized people looking to invest in their educations, start their own small business, and pursue the American dream."

He's obese, even if he were the 6'3 that he has claimed -- and going by pictures of him with people who actually are that tall, he's more like 6'2 at most.

'Donald Trump has made the extraordinary claim that it is a “badge of honour” for the US to lead the world in coronavirus infections - currently 1.56m and more than 92,250 deaths - as it simply means the country is doing more testing than others.'

Trump isn't as fat as I would expect him to be given his lifestyle, very sedentary and very bad diet.

BruceAndNosh · 20/05/2020 12:47

I would say he's obese but not morbidly. I know the latter term is defined by BMI or similar measures, but I would expect someone who is officially morbidly obese to have some impediment to normal movement. He seems to be able to scuttle out of Press Conference very nimbly.

B1rdbra1n · 20/05/2020 12:55

He seems to be impervious to things that would affect 'normal' people, his confidence and belief in himself is absolute, I find him despicable but I am amazed at how he gets away with it

Roussette · 20/05/2020 14:51

I actually do think he falls into the morbidly obese category because his head and his hands look so small on his body.

And also I don't think he scuttles out... just my opinion... but to me he lumbers out very slowly like a neanderthal. His gait is very odd.

I've just spent the best part of an hour after discovering this wonderful satirical musical channel on YouTube.
I recommend you start with the first one The Day Democracy Died.

@Roussette I have read his delicate gait explained by the fact he wears very built up shoes to make himself look taller. It also explains his odd arm dangling posture

The colouring book includes a set of 4 pencils.
I assume black for the suit, red for the tie, yellow for the hair and orange for the face.

lionheart · 20/05/2020 18:13

That pretty much covers it.

Grin

It's not even as though it's even aesthetically pleasing. The "artwork" is crude at best.
But I almost feel like ordering one

'Speaker Nancy Pelosi compared Donald Trump and his top aides to children with "doggy doo" on their shoes on Wednesday, the latest in a recent string of personal insults against the president.

"It's almost like a child who comes in with mud on their pants or something. ... He comes in with doggy doo on his shoes, and everybody who works with him has [it] on their shoes, too, for a very long time to come."'
