in expecting neighbours not to have bonfires during the day??

ive just hung up my washing and our bloody neighbour a few doors down has decided to have a bonfire which has engulfed my washing, im really pissed off. i thought there was some law against bonfires in built up areas?

I think there are bylaws to do with not having them before dusk, you'd need to check with your local council on whether there is one locally.

Really ignorant of them though.

bonfires should only be allowed on november 5th

we have allotments behind our house and we get a few of them, usually on a nice day when the washing is out and all the doors and windows are open. people are so inconsiderate.....
