My ex and I have a order in place for contact of our 5 year old son. It has just recently been settled after a lengthy court battle.
My ex’s and his partner self isolated for 2 weeks which caused them to miss out on time with our son. After the isolation was over they had him for 5 nights - 3 nights shorter than agreed for the Easter holiday as the day he came back into my care my ex’s partner had a shift - she is a midwife.
Am I very concerned about my son moving between our homes as she has such a high risk job. Am I being unreasonable in suggesting that our son remain in my care until lockdown is over? I don’t want to seem as though I’m using her profession to my advantage, I want to keep my son safe and well.
