To wonder what else is going on in the news?

Has anyone seen anything else in the news?
I have a horrible feeling that there are all kinds of awful that have missed coverage

I did catch sight of a news article a week or so ago that was saying that a blood test which can identify 100 different cancer types, some too early to detect by any other means, was now entering clinical trials.
Bit of hope for when all this is over.

I read something about Johnny Depp’s libel trial the other day

Apparently we're pushing ahead with Brexit negotiations. It must be handy not having them scrutinised by the press.

I do the BBC news quiz every Friday and normally get 5-7 points out of 7. This week so got 2 points because I’ve seen zero non-corona news. And I guessed those two! It does make you wonder what else might be going on...

A couple of weeks ago a 5 year old girl was stabbed to death in the park by a random stranger, hardly reported , that Poor girl and her family

The pandemic is globally top story, and I'd like to hear a lot more about how it is affecting Africa, South America and India +surrounding countries.

Also effects of global shutdown on climate issues
