Help -insect bite

Hi,

I wouldn't normally ask about something like this. A bite has just appeared under my top. Normally bite are just itchy right,? but this one is not and has made my whole side hurt and feel really strange. Anybody know what could have caused it and should I be worried?

Maybe you have shingles OP? This can be painful prior to rash coming out and is normally confined to a single dermatome, so you would have it on one side only.
