To think this is harassment?

So my ex text me at 2am this Morning whilst I was trying to sleep after being plagued with toothache about my profile picture on Facebook, saying how gf is asking him questions about why I have this certain meme up. Saying It's my fault that he's getting crap off his gf because of a meme I put up on my Facebook profile!! I've blocked him and her on my Facebook as soon as he left me and as sonny as I found out about her but they use different accounts to stalk me. It was a meme not even about them or naming them or anything. He's now calling me names via email ( blocked him on text and What's app) that she's questioning him
I was like what the fuck does she want to question him about my life?
I'm just sick of this and really fed up esp at a time like this. I don't think she likes him coming for his kids so she uses things like this so it causes tension between me and him so it stops him coming over. I was relying on him getting some important food bits for the kids as I can't get out and now that won't be happening now
I am so stressed but surely This is harassment and she's facilitating him abusing me

Yes, she sounds very insecure.

Grey rock him, state by email moving forward if it’s not anything child related you will not be acknowledging and if the harassment continues you will be contacting the police for further advise.

Change your Facebook settings so that only friends can see what you put up so that if they do set up new profiles and look for you they will
Only see your photo and name.

Everything has private on my Facebook
The Facebook profile can't be private though
I didn't put any pics of my baby or kids just so she couldn't find an issue with that so I put a meme instead and she finds an issue wit that too
I'll just have to have a blank picture it's ridiculous

Use a picture of yourself giving her the bird. (What can I say, I’m juvenile) 😆
