To ask you to help re decorate my bedroom?

I have a large master bedroom with a bay in.

Things we can't change:
Brown grey wooden flooring
Antique chest of drawers and tall boy
Super king bed in a sort of mole colour (possibly change this)

I live by the beach and like pale colours..
can you show me some ideas please?
Where can I find nice wall paper? I don't want to spend £80 a roll like we have done previously?
