20 week scan tomorrow - can’t sleep

Hi, so finally it’s almost scan time. It’s not until 1:30pm tomorrow in fetal medicine so the morning will probably drag but I’m so nervous . DH can’t come with me , although he’s an ICU nurse so wouldn’t be able to come anyway but being alone seems to make it feel even more scary. Anyone else have their scan coming up and are you nervous ?
First time mum , currently on 12 weeks isolation from work too so had a lot of time to overthink . Anyone have any tips on how to switch off and sleep? It’s also very warm tonight isn’t it !

Oh how exciting.....its pretty awesome getting to see the baby at that stage......i remember when i walked out thinking next time I see you you will be in my arms!!

Good luck!! Just run through baby names until you fall asleep. It always helped me :)
