Very random sorry, never cooked it before but have a rump of lamb, about 450g I think! How do you cook yours? I have read about rendering lamb fat.. do I need to do this?

Season, sear in pan, shove in oven with rosemary and cover. Leave until cooked. Wrap in foil and leave to rest whilst you make hundreds of roasties and some gravy (add redcurrant jelly and some rosemary to the gravy).

It's just a pound of meat. Nothing difficult about it.

crockpot with red wine, loads garlic and rosemary and lamb stockcube, cook till tender and juices thickened. Add red currant jelly.
Serve with mash
