So Bernie is out of the race and Creepy Uncle Joe is going to go up against Orange Don. Popcorn time!

Seriously, Biden is rapidly losing it, can hardly string a sentence together and there are so many videos of him inappropriately touching, sniffing, holding girls and women. Never mind the dodgy deals with his son! For some reason the media seem to be giving him a pass.

It’s going to be brutal!

Also watching Biden struggle through interviews it really brings home the fact that the presidency really is just a fig leaf for the real power behind the scenes. Does anyone really believe that it would be Biden in control?

Does anyone believe it is actually Trump that makes the big decisions?

One thing I have been doing is listening in to the umpah lompah daily briefing. His complete narcissist blanking of everything he doesn't want to hear combined with his knowledge of everything (more than anyone else) is making my blood boil. The whole process over there is corrupt. So one dodgy womaniser who would have sex with his daughter if they were not related, versus another who likes to touch young women just summarises the shit choices they have.
Oh and I want £5 for every great, magnificent, well, and incomplete sentence per speech.

One positive outcome of corona is that I had almost forgotten this was happening!

Useryokyesno · 09/04/2020 18:55

I'm devastated Bernie is out. Not sure I can cope with following it closely anymore. So no not looking forward to it.

The same as Trump then.

Except Joe actually knows what is needed in office, he was great under Obama, if Michelle would run she’d be an amazing VP.

Klonda · 09/04/2020 20:07

I'm not looking forward to it and dont think Biden is a great candidate.

However, Trump is the most vile, inept and dangerous President imaginable, so really hoping Dem voters turn out.

The prospect of 4 more years of Trump is just so bleak. I dont find it entertaining, just scary.

Ugh.

To be looking forward to the Biden vs Trump bunfight!

Urgh it’s painful to watch Trump on the nightly WHCTFB on CNN.
I also watch Governor Cuomo’s daily briefings. Now he seems a president in waiting. (Going by how his leadership is reported)
I’m sure Trump copies him as Cuomos new and innovative ideas and actions on how N.Y. state is dealing with the CV, Trump comes out with similar reteric In the following days. 2
When this current threat is over and before a possible recurrence in the Autumn, Cuomo will have it out with Trump, as Cuomo says this is not the time to blame, it will be after.
Interesting times ahead.
Oh and USA are the best and have the best of everything to fight this. Trump says.

Bernie Sanders wanted voting to be delayed until it’s safe for the public. The DNC said no. Bernie just said he’s dropping his campaign because, one reason, he ‘cannot in good conscience’ go out and have supporters vote during a pandemic. Biden said it was totally safe.

HIS CAMPAIGN IS ENDING BUT HE WILL REMAIN ON THE BALLOTS. Vote Bernie2020

Klonda · 09/04/2020 23:56

No, he said he was dropping out because he had no realistic path to victory. He was right (sadly). Doing a write in vote for Bernie would be an absolute waste.
