Well, actually, not just one, but three bottles!
It's been stored in a far corner, inside a sealed box -- not in direct sunlight, but no air conditioning, through three hot summers.
The box got buried, so I'll need to move things before I can get to it to open it, but just want to know what to expect!
If it had stayed cool the whole time, I think it would probably be OK -- but it's the heat of summer that makes it iffy.
Not concerned that it would make me ill, but would probably taste crap.
It would be a bummer to have to tip out three full bottles.
Anybody ever tried 'aged in the bottle' Pimm's before?
