I met Michael Portillo at a sales conference. He is MUCH more attractive in real life and a great deal of fun. I am not sure of his sexuality though

Lots of MNs have met him and I’ve never (over years of seeking out threads on him 😀) heard anyone say anything other than he’s lovely in person. As for his sexuality, he’s been happily married to the same (bloody lucky) woman for years but has never made a secret of his homosexual relationships. Not secret, not embarrassing, just don’t define him. How can you not love that?

Er no- looks like a second hand car salesman and zero charisma. The only MP I always thought was quite attractive was Andy Burnham and I must admit I rather liked Bercow, mainly for his personality

Although, I do think it’s a bit off to dissect the looks of a general member of the public who has been unexpectedly thrust into the limelight. A politician, though, is different as they actively put themselves into the public eye.

This is the AIBU I’ve been waiting for! Such a laugh and yes having the cabinet MPs on the telly so much being authoritative and well spoken is causing all manner of weird crushes.

Can we print this thread and post it to Cabinet, I think they need a pulse check on the sanity levels of the community. It may convince them to end the lockdown!

For the record no politicians mentioned here are really "hot" they're lockdown hot which is different and similar to not being laid for 4 years and then all of a sudden after 5 GTs Shan from from the call centre looks hot at the Christmas Party. I did that 🤦‍♀️
