To think this might be discrimination?

Workplace have said that people who can come into the office to deal with paper based work will get extra marks towards their end of year performance rating.

AIBU to think this is unfair on people who work just as hard but have no choice but to WFH at the moment due to being in a shielded group for health issues/age or no childcare?

Work important but not really ‘essential’.

YANBU - Potentially discrimination
YABU - Unlucky on those who can’t but fair.

Have you got that in writing?

YABU to use the 'vote' option in this way. It's a vote, not a poll.

It is not discrimination.

Unfair, but probably not discrimination.

Unless you are shielded due to a disability, in which case that would be discrimination.

Potentially disability, age, and sex discrimination.
