To wear my Christmas jumpers?

Ginger1982 · 04/04/2020 09:07

I'm working from home and when not working just hanging around with DH and DS in the house or garden or going for a walk. I have a few Christmas themed jumpers that get no wear except in December. WIBU to wear them during lockdown? 😀

You can wear what you like. It's your house.

Purpleorangegerberas · 04/04/2020 09:22

I love that idea! gets Christmas jumper out for today’s clothing

LividLaughLovely · 04/04/2020 09:31

I’ve been doing my daily walk at 6am in a “Sleigh The Patriarchy” Christmas sweatshirt.

lilyboleyn · 04/04/2020 09:35

Yes, I’ve been wearing mine. They’re sparkly and have penguins on - what’s not to love!

coconuttelegraph · 04/04/2020 09:37

I don't know if this is a serious question but surely we haven't been reduced to this level of needing to be nannied?

userabcname · 04/04/2020 09:37

I wear my Christmas jumper all year round anyway. Go for it!

Ginger1982 · 04/04/2020 09:40

Coconuttelegraph it's a lighthearted question. FFS 🙄

I wore mine yesterday! I'm running out of jumpers I'm happy to wear round the house

Bezalelle · 04/04/2020 09:56

DH wore his Hanukkah jumper last week!

SnuggyBuggy · 04/04/2020 09:59

The normal fashion rules don't apply these days!

BogRollQueen · 04/04/2020 10:01

My DD wore a Christmas jumper yesterday because ‘it’s soft and fluffy’. Enjoy!

holycrapweasel · 04/04/2020 10:03

I wore mine yesterday Smile

BlueBell50 · 04/04/2020 10:10

OH is wearing his. I’m a key worker who is normally public facing.. We can’t do Christmas Jumper day at the usual time. At present the customers aren’t coming to the office so I’m going to suggest we do Christmas jumper day at some point in this crisis, it might cheer us up.

Srslydontgiveacrap · 04/04/2020 10:11

Oh, the humanity...

Paintforkitchen · 04/04/2020 10:13

Ds5 chose to wear a Christmas jumper the other day. I find it nice and cheering to be honest! Go for it!

forrasee · 04/04/2020 12:32

@LividLaughLovely where can I get a Sleigh the Patriarchy jumper?!

chocolateisavegetable · 04/04/2020 22:25

Do it!

Smellbellina · 04/04/2020 22:29

DS found his Christmas jumper it DH’s car and has worn it (with just pants) all week. We saw the neighbours over the fence and their DS was in his Christmas jumper too. If you wear yours as well then that’s 3 and it officially becomes ‘a thing’. Do it.

SharonasCorona · 04/04/2020 22:59

I have sensory issues so can only get comfortable in loungewear at home. Got a few comfortable soft fleecey / velvety items in Debs half price sale. But yes, a great idea if you were jumpers! Ignore the obligatory snarky first response.

Mummyshark2019 · 05/04/2020 00:37

Do it. Lovely idea. I am going to get mine out.

Myshitisreal · 05/04/2020 00:39

I've been considering putting the 🎄 back up is so pretty 🎅

I've been wearing my Xmas ph's last very the last couple of week, and so has my son.. mainly cause I don't have that much 'lounge wear', and yes girdling out of everything!
I love it !

Holothane · 05/04/2020 02:04

Nothing wrong with it you enjoy your jumpers.

managedmis · 05/04/2020 02:14
