Before the lockdown I pulled my child out of a club (private not linked to the school) I had concerns about safe guarding and cleanliness in the facilities and a few other issues, I emailed to state we were leaving but soon received a message on FB regarding something else to which I replied we were not coming to the lessons any more, didnt want to get into it, had enough to worry about as the covoid issues were starting, so I left the fb group and also blocked the group leader as I was tired of hearing about her personal issues. She is now asking for April fees, as far as I know I've never actually signed any contract and I dont think she has my address, does she have any legal recourse to get Aprils fees from me?
