To find working really hard in this situation

The business I work for wasn’t doing so well before this outbreak. Now they have furloughed all support staff with some of us left trying to keep enough money coming in to keep the firm going beyond this. So the pressure on us is quite high Some members of staff are not too happy about being furloughed and keep putting it off even though their roles aren’t needed. This is putting more pressure on us to get more money in. I’m working from home supposedly part time but doing more I won’t get paid for. All they are being asked to do is nothing on 80% pay. I would love to do that.
On top of that with everyone worried about their own jobs going forward it’s knives out, trust no one.
I’m trying to deal with a heavy workload with no guarantee of a secure job, home school my DD and keep an eye on her well being.
I know we’re all in this but I’m finding it rough atm

So others have been furloughed, at home on 80% of pay, and you are still working receiving 100% of pay?

You know YABU. At least your job is (currently) secure enough for the business' needs.

No I don’t think I am. No ones job is secure as the firm was in trouble. Why should I be put under pressure to bill more to pay someone who isn’t required atm
