I work in a large room with fourteen male and female colleagues, all open plan. The room is very crowded and our desks are an arm reach away from each other. We have multiple visitors throughout the day traipsing past the desks to visit each of us and social distancing seems to be given little regard, with people using empty chairs and of colleagues who are temporarily out of the room and leaning on desks etc.
We have signs up saying to be wary of Coronavirus but no-one seems to be taking it seriously. I feel that infection control is not being practised and our welfare is not being looked after.
Would I be unreasonable to demand stricter controls are put in place?
