Obviously I am staying at home, getting food delivered etc. But I keep starting projects then remembering I can't actually finish them. I start on the garden, clearing undergrowth - then remember I can't take the stuff to the dump. I sort out stuff for charity - then remember the charity shops are closed. I start a DIY project - then remember I can't get the rest of the materials I need because the shop is closed. I decide to try a new recipe or two - then remember I can't just run to the shop for a missing ingredient. Just me?

It's like when the electricity goes off and we reach for the switch to turn it back on - in order to find the torch/candles/fuse box Grin

Food wise I'm quite well prepared.

I have a Boyes shop within 100 yards and I can't get the paint, hair dye, bird seed, or whatever else I want for some random diy/home improvement project I want to start because I haven't got the stuff to finish the ones I've already started

YES!!! It is exactly like that with the power cut !! (And that's another thing we have had several power outages in the past day) Not complaining - just annoyed with myself that I cannot keep focus
