I have had to put a claim in for universal credit due to the financial impact of Corona.
I have had to pass my details documents etc to a company called Digitentity and they dont seem to be able to verify my identity they told me this after 4 days so I've had to resubmit photos of said documents etc and wait again.
My claim is not going to go through because of this delay and I am going to co e to a sticky end financially
Was wondering if anybody else is experiencing this
