Has anyone managed to get through to o2?

I have my 30 days notice a few weeks but I’ve had notifications saying that my bill for next month is ready. They are just hanging up, can’t get through to an advisor at all. I’m so angry! I already have taken a contract out with someone else and don’t want to be paying 2 bills.

Nope! I have been charged the full contract bills every month despite the fact my phone data hasn't been working the majority of the time since roughly January. I can't use my internet data, make or receive calls or texts most of the time. I have medical and Midwife appointments I'm supposed to be having over the phone too and I missed one such appointment yesterday because of this. If I do manage to actually get through to O2 at all, phone data cuts out or I get hung up on because they can't take my call. The only email address I found to contact them is the head office complaints department so I emailed that yesterday on DH's pc - not hopeful they'll resolve anything though and I rang them a month ago about the same issue, call cut off while speaking to them to them (but after telling them enough info for them to resolve it) and I'm still being charged full price for my completely useless contract. Bloodywell pissed off with O2.
