Update guidance on Asthma UK for shielding - some people will be shielding unnecessarily if they don't read it.

Too complicated to post it all but many steroid inhalers have been removed for the list, however, several other criteria have been changed.

Not an AIBU - just a high traffic area.

Very strange message out there. I am on fostair 800 per day plus montelukast and was in hospital last year. I didn't receive a letter so contacted my gp, the asthma nurse had told me I am vulnerable, but not very, and could go shopping as long as I observed social distancing. I have twice been in hospital fighting for breath in the last four years with just an ordinary chest infection so it doesn't seem like particularly good advice.
