To absolutely hate Pokémon Go

Been trying today to sign 12 yr old ds up for Pokémon Go. He had an account a while back but hasn't used it in ages.

Spent an hour trying to figure out his user name and screen name then gave up and decided to start again.

Have signed him up, it's all good. Then his phone asks me to accept the Niantic terms of service by clicking the Submit button. Except there is no fucking submit button. I have scrolled slowly through the whole thing, I have clicked on the links within it, and there is no fucking submit button. So how do I submit anything? Have tried on his phone, my phone and my laptop. No button.
I have not had the greatest of days and this is just tipping me over the fucking edge.

Where are you planning to ‘go’? 🤣

Well we can't go anywhere because I can't accept the terms of service. But we are lucky (according to the kids) to have a pokestop at the postbox at the back of our garden and if you hang out the upstairs window you are just in range of a gym. Lucky us.

Hehe I can access the local gym from my bedroom.

OP, sorry no help. I can't remember having this problem when I set up in 2016.

It is really obscure how to log in so good luck,, I can't help you as I ended up having dh do it for me. But well worth it, I started at the beginning of Feb and am absolutely addicted, as a distraction/procrastination from my masters. By the time I graduate i aim to be Level 40, am currently Level 26. Was due to go to Liverpool for the first UK safari and would pay extra for a house with gymn and pokestops on their doorstop.

I hit L40 about six months ago - I was massively underwhelmed.

But I’m still frigging playing it 🙄

I’ve just signed up as a new player on my iPhone accepted the terms and I’m straight into the game. I’d perhaps sign in as a new player and start again

It's easier to log on through a Google account. Create a gmail address and use that.
