To think I was ripped off by this cleaner?

Had an end of tenancy clean a few weeks ago. 2 bed flat in Hampshire and it cost £303 + VAT!

Is that right?

That's more than double what we've paid for a similar clean on a good sized 2 bed flat.

An end of tenancy clean is totally different to a normal £10 ph clean, it is meant to be deeper and intensive. Oven alone would cost £80, carpets £100.... so it’s probably a touch high for my area but not a criminal amount.
