Asking on behalf of my DS who lives abroad where CV isn’t as bad as here in U.K. (yet).
She is an agency midwife so only gets paid for what she works. No sick pay. No maternity pay.
She’s asking for my advice on whether she should go to work and I really don’t know.
She says she needs to money, doesn’t have much savings and her DH has just been made redundant. She lives in an expensive city and is under a lot of pressure to keep the money coming in, even more so now with unpaid maternity coming up.
She just wants a healthy baby.
What should she do?
