Bonfire

I have an over grown garden and would normally pay someone to trim it back and take away the debris and chopped down stuff. I have some overgrown shrubs and an area at the back that I want to clear completely so that I can plant some veg/salad type stuff.
The local council have stopped all garden waste collections due to the lock down, so I'm considering having a very contained (in a metal bin) bonfire.
The neighbours always complain about everything I do, or my children do, even though they are CFs having loud parties every summer.
So am I BU to do this, even though it would li,Ely piss them off.
It doesn't need to be said that I wouldn't do it while they had their washing out
