From The Mirror website. Saunders is no stranger to controversy having recently apologised for phoning an American airline to say a friend of his had coronavirus as he prepared to board a plane from Los Angeles.

The friend was pulled off the fight and tested for coronavirus before eventually being allowed to fly home.

And in 2018 Saunders was fined £100,000 by the British Boxing Board of Control for offering a drug addict "£150 of crack" in exchange for performing a sex act.

Why would they do that, when they exist to promote something which involves hitting others as its actual aim?

puzzledandpissedoff , the British boxing board of control take this kind of behaviour very seriously , whatever your views on boxing are don’t tar all involved in the sport with the same brush .

puzzled , as has been pointed out upthread he has had fines and suspensions for the same type of behaviour before . IMO this has more to do with his upbringing and education ( or lack of it) than what he does for a living .

I know, Floralnomad, and it's why the board - if they take such behaviour as seriously as you claim - should be expected to remove his licence. However time will tell, and if I'm wrong I'll be the first to say so

Ugh on top of everything else that is wrong about his 'apology'.... he says 'sorry if I have offended any women'. No, it's the men you have offended BJ, the MEN. The normal, decent men all around that would never act like that. It's all the humans with a shred of decency. Not just the women. Why would only women be offended by your stupid video?
